Dommage qu'il y avait si peu de monde (on devait etre 50 dans la salle en comptant les organisateurs...). 21h, en 1ere partie donc, OLYMPUS MONS, quatuor metal bordelais qui avait apparemment son 'fan club' féminin dans l'assistance Je ne connaissais pas du tout, ça m'a fait pensé à du Muse bien péchu. J'ai bien accroché au 2eme morceau ('Aphrodite' il me semble). Chanteur en transe, bonne énergie. A découvrir. Apres 1h de show et un petit quart d'heure de pause, la scene s'obscurcit a nouveau et l'intro de Posthumous silence se fait entendre. SYLVAN arrive sur scene, et Marco attaque 'Bequest of tears' suivi de 'In chains', 'Bitter symphony', 'Pane of truth'. Le groupe utilise apparemment le matos prété par O.M.. Le son de guitare/basse me semble un peu noyé par moment (peut-etre un effet des bouchons que je porte ceci dit) mais la voix passe parfaitement. Comme frontman, Marco assure et c'est un vrai bonheur. Suit le petit bonjour du groupe (en francais je vous prie). On devine qu'ils auraient aimé un peu plus de public mais ils ont l'air contents d'etre là quand meme S'enchainent 'One step beyond', 'This world is not for me' et 'Lost', morceaux qui passent particulièrement bien sur scène. Jan (le guitariste) fait son show devant les 3/4 appareils photos qui le mitraillent a chaque solo. Retour a P.S. avec 'The color changed', 'The last embrace', 'A kind of Eden' et 'Posthumous silence'. Le public plussoie. Et c'est dejà l'annonce du 'dernier' morceau, qui n'est autre que 'Artificial paradise'. 20 minutes plus tard, le groupe salue un public qui en redemande. C'est bientot chose faite avec 'When the leaves fall down' et une autre de Preset ('Heal' il me semble). Et voila, il est minuit, fin d'un show impeccablement joué et chanté, une petite sceance dedicace (le claviétiste a l'air crevé) et retour maison. Merci les gars, c'etait super ! Et le prochain album de Sylvan s'appelera FORCE OF GRAVITY, cf site de groupe. _________________ Vous êtes ici => .

Si le problème au cou a été résolu, l'artiste anglais est sorti du bloc avec une perte de sensibilité dans les doigts. «Je ne peux plus jouer de la batterie», a déploré, lundi, Phil Collins dans les colonnes du journal allemand Hamburger Abendblatt. Avec un zeste d'humour, le chanteur estime toutefois que la seule façon pour lui de continuer à jouer serait de «coller les baguettes à ses doigts»... Mais rien ne l'empêche de chanter. Il y a une sélection de leurs incontournables d'albums prog. J'y ai repéré un album que j'ai déjà vu dans des listes de conseils d'albums prog : GNIDROLOG "Lady Lake" Du coup je suis en train de l'écouter, c'est vrai que c'est très bien.
