Hey guys, first off i want to thank everyone who has come out and supported us on this tour, we really do love you and that is why we wont let being sick and broken stop us from playing for you. However you guys should know that Spencer will not be able to sing for the next handful of shows. With the nonstop schedule he has not been giving his voice a proper chance to recover from the bronchitis that he got on tour. At this rate its getting worse and worse every night so he has to stop so that he doesnt cause irreversible damage to his voice. So our shows will be instrumental for the time being until he is well again. Also John Browne from Monuments will be filling in for Jake (who broke his finger on tour and cannot play guitar till his finger heals fully) on a few songs that he has learned on short notice already (and he is learning more as we speak) but the rest of the set will not have Jake's parts until Browne gets those bits down. In addition to that Matt's left foot got messed up in the last few days, so although he can make it through a set if he takes a ton of painkillers right before we go on, if it gets worse he may not be able to play, but we are doing all we can to make sure that doesnt happen. Through all of this, we are doing our very best not to cancel any shows as we absolutely hate doing that and have been wanting to tour Europe so badly, we would rather play for you guys in any state than not play at all, so please show us the love and support that you can during these rather trying times as we are really doing everything we can to ensure that we play for you guys in any capacity! We will see you soon! |
