"Lux Mundi" (which translates as "Light of the World"), the new album from Swiss industrial black metallers SAMAEL, will be released April 29 in Europe and May 3 in North America via Nuclear Blast Records. Et je trouve ça plutôt pas mal. J'aime bien la façon dont ça prend de l'ampleur au fil du morceau. |

Ce titre est terrible. Si tout l'album est comme ça, ils vont remonter dans mon estime. A part ça, il parle d'une pochette mais on peut la voir quelque part ? |

j'ai écouté le morceau sur le sampler Rock Hard, et c'est du Samel pur jus donc pas mal mais pas transcendant |

Le groupe, qui se fait fort discret, vient de changer de bassiste Citation: Veteran Swiss metallers SAMAEL have parted ways with bassist Christophe "Mas" Mermod and have replaced him with Thomas "Drop" Betrisey (ex-SYBREED). Says SAMAEL in a statement: "The ever-growing success of Mas' lightshow company and his numerous jobs as light engineer has led to the hard decision to take different paths. "We're excited to announce the recruiting of Drop as our new bass player. "Drop has already played a few shows with SAMAEL as a fill-out musician last year and now we're happy to welcome him as a permanent member of the band. "Over the past decade, Mas has been responsible for the light show of numerous bands, including CARCASS, ARCH ENEMY, AMON AMARTH, DIMMU BORGIR, IN FLAMES… "We wish Mas lots of success and satisfaction in the years to come and thank him for all the great time we spent together!" |

Je l'aimais bien Mas, sur scène c'était tout un spectacle. Après musicalement, ça ne changera rien. J'espère qu'ils retrouveront un peu d'inspiration. Je ne m'attends plus à un Eternal, mais un truc ambitieux dans le genre ça serait bien. |
