J'ai lu l'interview sur RH, ils ont pris une gonzesse au chant, je sais pas si c'est trés présent mais si c'est le cas, ça me gonfle, tout le monde le fait c'est saoulant à force!

NIGHT ETERNAL will be the title of the new MOONSPELL album. The recording sessions will take place between the 7th and the 31st of January 2008 in Denmark's finest Metal studio, Antfarm. Tue Madsen, who worked with the band on the Under Satanae project, will be producing MOONSPELL's new opus. The band has revealed some of their song titles already: Shadow Sun, Night Eternal (title track), At tragic heights, Scorpion flower, Spring of rage, Hers is the twilight among others songs that will take part of this new work. Further into the concept it was disclosed that it refers to the "wear and the tear of the Earth", how we are consuming its energy and its vital force and how it will take its revenge upon us. Memorial's musical line was taken a step further and Night Eternal will be a quite intense album itself, darkly atmospheric yet really heavy and catchy. In Night eternal expect nothing but great guitar riffs, breathtaking songs and epic atmospheres. The exact release date will be announced soon yet the album is coming out in May. The band is totally enthusiastic and eager to release it and to present it to the fans and hopes to be able to post some songs online on moonspell.com and myspace.com/moonspell as soon as the promos are ready for the press, around one and a half month before the record is released. A studio diary will be posted regularly just like it was for Memorial on both site and myspace. Live shows are now being booked for 2008 and the band is already confirmed for festivals in Czech Republic, Spain, and Germany and a US tour as well as a Euro tour will be announced as well as visits to other territories, some of them for the first time. Deux titres en écoute sur le myspace du groupe : http://www.myspace.com/moonspell Portuguese metallers MOONSPELL have posted two brand new songs from their "Night Eternal" album — "Scorpian Flower" and the title track — on their MySpace page. The follow-up to 2006's "Memorial" was recorded at Antfarm studios in Denmark with producer Tue Madsen (THE HAUNTED, DARK TRANQUILLITY, HALFORD). A late spring/early summer release via SPV is expected. Other tracks set to appear on the CD include "Shadow Sun", "At Tragic Heights", "Spring of Rage" and "Hers is the Twilight". |

La suite de la niouz avec les 2 éditions possibles : There will be, at first, two editions of the record: A limited double digipack with different artwork, one bonus track ("Age of Mothers"), a different version of the song "Scorpion Flower", the full album as well as a bonus DVD containing all video clips from "Memorial" plus "Finisterra" "making-of" footage and three live clips from last year's performance at the Wacken Open Air festival in Germany; plus the jewel case edition, to which the band hopes to add at least another bonus song. All other female choirs were performed by the Crystal Mountain Singers, composed of Carmen Simões (AVA INFERI), Sophia Vieira (CINEMUERTE) and Patrícia Andrade (ex-VOLSTAD, now in THE VANITY CHAIR). Niclas Etelävuori of AMORPHIS played bass on the album, which features artwork by Seth Siro Anton (PARADISE LOST, SEPTIC FLESH). Band photography was handled by Edgar Keats. |

C'est ce qui est écrit dans la niouz. Y a Anneke sur un titre et puis d'autres dans la suite. Mais chez eux c'est pas nouveau. Il y en avait sur Memorial (Luna) et ça rendait bien. |

Merci du lien Noise. J'en suis à deux écoutes et il me plaît bien le nouveau MOONSPELL. L'intégration des choeurs féminins est très discrète et donne un petit coté "orchestral" intéressant ou inutile selon les morceaux. Bref pas mal du tout le nouveau MOONSPELL. C'est dans ces moments là que le AXEL nous manque. Au bon vieux temps, on aurait eu droit à deux pages d'analyse et de déclaration d'amour à la gloire des tos gothiques. |

Hop écouté tantôt, et assez séduit de ma première écoute, Moonspell recalme un peu le jeu après un mémorial surpuissant, c'est en effet très varié, mais toujours très dark et quand même bien brutal, quand ça part méchant, ça fait très mal, Ribeiro est d'ailleurs en grande forme. Et sinon Dreamless m'a bien marqué sur mon écoute, j'ai adoré l'ambiance du titre |
