Metal Mind Productions will release a new ANATHEMA DVD, "A Moment in Time", on May 29.

The main part of DVD was recorded in Poland at the famous Metal Mania Festival 2006 (the biggest hard rock/metal festival in Eastern Europe). The set list included their best songs plus a cover of PINK FLOYD's "Comfortably Numb". The guest performance was done by a string quartet. Bonus material includes live video footage, video clips, and a documentary. The DVD will be available also in a limited edition with bonus audio CD.

The artwork to "A Moment In Time" DVD was created by Travis Smith, who has previously worked with SKINLAB, NEVERMORE, DEVIN TOWNSEND, RIVERSIDE and others.

Alors vraiment , c'est mon meilleur achat de l'année.
Ce dividi est la digne succession de "Were tou there" que je trouvais incomplet par l absence des titres du "Alternative 4"
Vinnie egal a lui même : Il se fond dans ses compos , je le trouve excellent (scéniquement) dans TOUTES ses chansons notamment dans "Lost control" ou il est dramatique!! ( je kiffe )
Le quartet string machin , jtrouve que c une bonne idée ( ça donne une autre dimension a chq chanson)..
Titou ( je crois .. toi qui a une drole de croix en'avatar) cette dernière phrase s'adresse a toi:

La reprise de Confortably numb , elle est EXCELLENTE . Pas comme celle de High hopes reprise par Nightwish. :D

Je le conseille à tous ceux qui aiment ce groupe !!!!

35 euros chez Gibert .... J'ai pas assez de fric en ce moment pour ca, malgré le fait que j'adore AnathemA en concert et que ce dvd a l'air d'etre le parfait complément de "were you there".

La reprise de "Comfortably Numb" est très émotive car très fidèle à l'originale, puis Anathema sont clairement influencés par le coté mélancolique de Pink Floyd (a noter qu'ils reprennent également "Wish you were here" assez souvent!).
