le groupe sort Un DVD d'un concert semi-acoustique,e t en 2006 un concert electrique sortira aussi en dvd THE GATHERING - Semi-Acoustic Live DVD To Be Filmed In The Spring “Well, The Gathering is currently in a sleepy modus as it comes to touring, but we are writing new songs for our next album, which will be out in 2006.. We will start recording somewhere autumn 2005.. It is always difficult to label the music already, as a lot of things can and will change, but it’s more organic, more pure, and more guitar orientated than Souvenirs. We will record together with Attie Bauw again (How To Measure A Planet?). We are currently planning the recording and release of a DVD this year, a semi acoustic concert which will be recorded in Holland somewhere spring this year. It will be full of documentaries, rare (old) footage, of course a concert, etc. In 2006 we will record a ‘normal’ rock show, due for a second DVD.” _________________ |

Si la production est aussi intelligente que sur HTMAP, ca devrait vraiment le faire... 
Je suis également heureux qu'ils sortent deux concerts, un n'aurait pas suffi à couvrir les milleures chansons des orientations differentes du groupe, ils ont encore eu une excellente idée! J'espere tout de meme qu'on aura pas droit à la meme setlist que Sleepy Buildings, il a tendance à m'endormir sur la longueur (exit locked away, my electricity, shrink please...) |

More information has surfaced regarding THE GATHERING's upcoming DVD recordings, which will take place on May 23 at Paradiso in Amsterdam. The band will play two shows on that day, and both gigs will be recorded. These two concerts are the only two official shows THE GATHERING will play this year. Because the shows are seated, there are only 650 seats per show available. Presales start Saturday, January 29. Tickets will be priced at 17.50 euros for each concert or 27.50 for both shows. For the first concert, the venue will open at 6:00 p.m. and the show will begin at 7:00 p.m. For the second concert, the venue will open at 9:15 p.m. and the show will begin at 10:00 p.m. A small warm-up show will be held one week before the official DVD recordings, on May 18 at LUX Theatre in Nijmegen. Only 190 tickets are available for the gig putain je veux y aller!!!!!! |
