Le 1er titre est limite horrible (beurk les lignes de chant), et l'idée d'intégrer une voix féminine informatisée pour faire les transitions c'est bien foireux (heureusement elle disparait au bout d'un moment). La voix de Bayley est mixée trop en avant, y'a donc toujours ce côté un peu artisanal. Les titres les plus mélodiques sont mes préférés (sympa ce "Independence" qui rappelle la grande époque). Bref, un album bancal même si plutôt agréable, toujours aussi loin de renouer avec l'excellence des 2 1ers disques. Blaze va rester cantonné dans son petit monde...

Pas de 1ère partie, deux heures de concert et ce mec ne change pas, simple, accessible, rigolo, sur la reprise de Wolfsbane il s'est bien laché l'animal! Il aime le public, va le chercher dès le début du concert et il est fond dedans. De plus il a un bon line-up, sacré guitariste ma foi qui seul s'est bien démerdé et aux futs il a un bon bucheron! On a eu cette set list Edit this setlist \| More Blaze Bayley setlists Plus vu qu'il avait du temps Man who would not dire et Dark Energy 256 (avec les paroles collées sur les retours, il a avoué mal les connaitre)! Les nouveaux titres passent nickel, surtout Thousand Years! Et il a gardé sa voix malgré les années et sa gestuelle habituelle Super soirée donc avec photos, dédicaces, j'ai pris plaisir à lui faire signer mon antique tee shirt, celui que je porte sur la photo en dessous, je le suis en solo depuis 15 ans et je ne vais pas arrêter de si tôt! _________________ It's the nexus of the crisis and the origin of storms

Ca fait un bail que je ne l'ai pas vu (période Promise & Terror au Pacific Rock de Cergy). Pour rebondir sur le dernier album, je trouve qu'il y a du mieux par rapport au précédent, mais il y a encore des faiblesses. D'accord avec DS, le mix est vraiment pas terrible, pourtant niveaux zikos ça se démerde (j'aime bien la basse Harrisienne). Son line up est sympa, mais il manque quand même un guitariste je trouve (je me base sur son dernier DVD). D'accord avec vous sur l'ensemble, inspiration retrouvée, super line-up bien à l'aise avec lui mais mixe un peu bancal, sa voix est trop en avant en effet mais bon je retrouve de sacrès bons titres comme Calling you home, 1000 years, human ou Independance et ça fait du bien! Et d'après mes anciens confrères, il serait en proie à de grosses difficultés et s'apprêterait à fermer. Vraiment dommage car à part le Main Square, Arras manque cruellement de rock durant l'année. In home-city Birmingham, England, often celebrated as the birthplace of metal, Blaze Bayley has completed the recording of his ninth studio album, aptly titled ‘Endure and Survive’. The record is an exciting and enthralling sequel to his 2016 release ‘Infinite and Entanglement’ which was the first of a trilogy of releases following a sci-fi concept and storyline. ‘Endure and Survive’ is set for release on 3rd March 2017 via Blaze Bayley Recording and will be accompanied by a world tour totalling some 120 shows. The European leg of the tour takes place principally between February and June 2017. After a small number of summer shows, Blaze will then go to the United States and Canada during August-September. It’s also planned to take the tour to Latin America in 2018. Pre-orders for the new album are available now at www.blazebayley.net/webshop Throughout this world tour, Blaze will be backed by his main recording and touring musicians, picked from British metal band Absolva and including Chris Appleton (guitar, backing vocals), Martin McNee (drums), Karl Schramm (bass, backing vocals). In addition to the established band members as above from Absolva, ‘Endure and Survive’ also contains a talented array of collaborators; Luke Appleton (Iced Earth / Absolva) - backing vocals, Michelle Sciarrotta - nylon acoustic, backing vocals, voice actor, Jo Robinson - backing vocals, Mel Adams - backing vocals, Liz Owen – backing vocals, Thomas Zwijsen – nylon acoustic, Anne Bakker – violin, backing vocals, Corvin Bahn (Uli Jon Roth) – accordion, Aine Brewer – voice actor, Rob Toogood – voice actor, backing vocals. The spectacular album artwork has been completed by Andreas Sandberg, with additional images from Christopher Steenstrup who is also working on a Blaze Bayley video game. The album was recorded between October and December 2016 at Robannas Studios, Birmingham, produced by Blaze Bayley and Chris Appleton, mixed and engineered by Miguel Seco, mastered by Ade Emsley (Iron Maiden, Tank, Phil Campbell).
