Le concert du 5 février en Suède va etre filmé pour un DVD :

According to a posting on the CHILDREN OF BODOM fan site Scythes-Of-Bodom.com, the the Swedish film company Revolver, led by the director Patric Ullaeus, will film the band's February 5 gig in Stockholm, Sweden for an upcoming DVD release. The "Trashed, Lost & Strungout" promotional video was filmed by Revolver and the company's most recent works include "Take This Life" by IN FLAMES and "Sorgens Kammer del II" by DIMMU BORGIR.

In other news, CHILDREN OF BODOM guitarists Alexi Laiho and Roope Latvala and bassist Henkka T. Blacksmith will hold a clinic during the Finnish Metal Expo in Helsinki on February 17. On the same day, the annual Finnish Metal Awards will be presented. COB are nominated for the Best Album and the Best Band, while Alexi and Roope are both nominated in the Best Musician category.

Also on the CHILDREN OF BODOM front, the band's "In Your Face" single, taken from the "Are You Dead Yet?" album, has hit the No. 1 position on Britain's official Top 40 Rock Singles chart, ahead of such acts as GREEN DAY, NIGHTWISH, FOO FIGHTERS, THE DARKNESS, BLINK 182, H.I.M. and SYSTEM OF A DOWN.

The DVD shoot was said to be "a massive" 14-camera production, with six cameras positioned on stage. Drummer Jaska Raatikainen played the show in spite of a broken rib, which he sustained a few days prior to the gig.

Finland's CHILDREN OF BODOM have set "Chaos Ridden Years – Stockholm Knockout Live" as the title of their upcoming DVD, due on October 10, 2006. The disc is estimated to contain over three hours of non-stop COB action, including a live concert, videos, and a rare documentary on the band from past to present.

Une track list de merde. Quasiement rien des 2 premiers albums, les meilleurs à mon goût. Donc sans moi.

C'est moi ou bien c'est une coutûme chez les finlandais d'attendre de sortir un album très moyen pour sortir un DVD basé sur ce même album éclipsant du même coup leurs meilleurs titres et/ou leurs meilleurs albums?

la set list c'est de la merde, elle tourne le dos à leurs premiers fans dont je faisais parti.
Maintenant ils peuvent aller lêcher le cul aux américains avec leur pseudo metalcore, j'en ai plus rien à foutre.

Je ne connais que 3 titres de la setlist !
Un achat de plus en moins...

C'est vrai que c'est saoulant. Et COB peut même pas avoir l'excuse d'un DVD déjà sorti....

Ah moi la phrase de Chips m'a fait penser à Sonata Arctica dont je trouve la setlist du dvd (leur 1er aussi) à chier.
(je l'ai pas regardé, mais j'ai écouté la version audio et c'est bien foireux)

Pour CoB par contre, ça me dérange pas, j'aime autant les 1ers que les derniers, moi ça me va très bien comme setlist.

Comme Muscu, ça m'intéresse même si la setlist est surtout orientée sur les deux derniers album.

On va pas reprocher au groupe de jouer le max de morceaux récents en concert quand même (et contrairement au DVD de Nightwish, ils n'occultent pas COMPLETEMENT les deux 1ers albums... même si c'est limite ).

Je ne comprends pas la démarche de faire l'impasse sur des brulôts comme Deadnight Warrior ou Bed of Razors

La pochette et a la fois sobre et classe, j'aime. Mais le 10 octobre ça fait trop loin putain ;'(.

Pour moi... la setlist tue.
En plus j'étais au concert à Paris, les tracks d'Are You Dead Yet sont 2 fois mieux en Live.

Je trouve ça super nul comme pochette. Comme tract annonce de concert pourquoi pas, mais là... le panneau est ridicule.
