Helicopters Citation: SIXX:A.M. — the band featuring MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx alongside guitarist DJ Ashba and vocalist James Michael — will release "Vol. 2, Prayers For The Blessed" on November 18 via Eleven Seven Music. The album will be available for pre-order beginning October 14. Written and recorded at the same time as "Vol. 1, Prayers For The Damned", released earlier this year, the album acts as a companion piece to the first chapter while simultaneously elevating the band's sound in every area. From the outsider anthem "We Will Not Go Quietly" to the operatic show stopper "Maybe It's Time" and groove-driven, radio-ready rocker "That's Gonna Leave A Scar", "Prayers For The Blessed" displays the many sides of SIXX:A.M.'s sound, something that the band was able to develop by ramping up the amount of time they spent out on the road. "We really found ourselves onstage and it's influencing the way we write," says Sixx. Un 3ème extrait, "Without You", vient d'être ajouté sur spotify, mais pour le moment je ne le trouve pas sur youtube. C'est une très jolie ballade

Ecouté une fois, et comme pour le vol 1, je suis plutôt déçu. Je trouve que le côté guimauve du groupe, qui a plus ou moins toujours existé, devient indigeste. Tout n'est pas à jeter, mais bon j'attendais beaucoup mieux.
Et pis franchement, reprendre "Without You", c'est vraiment cul-cul. |

Le côté guimauve du groupe ne me dérange pas, moi j'accroche
 Mais c'est vrai que sur facebook, sur la page du groupe, je vois essentiellement des commentaires de la gente féminine, les commentaires de la gente masculine disent en général que c'est trop guimauve, il y en a qui ont posté que SIXX:AM, c'est les Mariah CAREY du Hard Rock _________________ "Les grands artistes sont ceux qui ont toujours su s'arrêter à temps.
