NEVERMORE have set "This Godless Endeavor" as the title of their next studio album, tentatively due this summer via Century Media Records. The follow-up to 2003's "Enemies of Reality" is being recorded at Backstage Studios in England with legendary producer Andy Sneap (ARCH ENEMY, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, OPETH) and marks the group's first recording with guitarist Steve Smyth (ex-TESTAMENT). Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "This Godless Endeavor", "The Psalm of Lydia", "Killing Time for the Pretty Ones", "Sell My Heart for Stones", "Sentient 6 (The Learning Part 2)" and "Bittersweet Feast". In addition, the band are recording a cover of OZZY OSBOURNE's "Revelation (Mother Earth)", although it's presently unclear if the OZZY track will be included on the final album or if it will be set aside for use as a b-side or possible bonus cut. A "making of" video is also reportedly being shot during the album's recording sessions.

As previously reported, due to overwhelming demand, the group's critically acclaimed "Enemies of Reality" album was remixed by Sneap and will be repackaged with altered cover artwork, two promotional video clips (the title track and "I, Voyager") and a live video of the title track performed at Germany's Wacken Open Air festival last summer.

The remixed "Enemies of Reality" will replace the existing version of the album in stores beginning in March. Fans who have already purchased the record and want to hear the new edition can special order it from the CenturyMedia.com web shop, where the CD itself will be sold individually (i.e., without jewel case and artwork) for $5, including shipping. The disc will be mailed in a CD sleeve; a link to a special web site containing the downloadable revised artwork will be included in order confirmation e-mails

Sinon j'aimerai un truc bien mélodieux sans trop de dièzes et de dissonnances comme ils adorent (prière dans le désert)!

Elle est vraiment pourrie, et a été très fortement critiquée. Pas étonnant donc.

pas que pour ça, beaucoup le trouvent mauvais cet album... pourtant y'a de fabuleux morceaux sur le dernier Nevermore

c'est pas que le dernier album est foncièrement mauvais mais les guitares sont accordées bizarrement. Quant à la prod, il faudra qu'on m'explique, elle est à chier!

Y'a pire, notez, comme And Justice For All! Là, c'est vraiment du gâchis!

je l'écoute la nouvelle version, ça a l'air d'etre bien plus efficace, plus claquant, mais faudrait que je ressorte l'ancienne pour me faire une idée précise

franchement, je l'ai déja avec sa version original et juste pour entendre des versions remixé de chansons pas toujours inspiré ca ne m'interesse pas trop, je préfère attendre la sortit du prochain vrai album, je prefere dead heart, in a dead world à enemy of reality

bon j'ai réecouté attentivement, on y gagne quand même en puissance même si au final cet album est un peu plus faible que ses predecesseurs
